How do I accept a work order?

What happens when I accept a work order?
When you accept the work order, the system updates everyone in the
process and your Service Level Agreements begin.
 

What happens if I don’t accept a work order on time?
You are expected to accept/reject a work order within the designated SLA. If you do not, the work order is flagged and the work may be reassigned.  It is important to accept/reject work orders in a timely manner.
 

If I accept a work order and then want to reject the work order, how do I do that?
Simply select “Cancel” in the Set Status drop down box.
